Yongli manufactures sourdough starter kits and starter jars for private-label and wholesale programmes - glass or plastic jars, metal or silicone lids, cloth covers, thermometers and printed labels, assembled in one order.
A sourdough starter kit is a bundled product: the jar, its lid, a cover, sometimes a thermometer, scale or proofing basket, plus the label or booklet that tells the buyer how to feed the starter. We make the whole bundle - the silicone and plastic parts in house, the glass and metal parts through long-standing suppliers - so a private label order arrives as one finished, carton-ready product.
Because the jar is the item that carries your brand, most of the work is in the finish: lid colour and material, lid embossing, cover fabric, label artwork, and the retail carton. We match colour to Pantone numbers and can produce samples of the complete kit before tooling is released for mass production.

- Do you supply the full kit or only the jar?
- Both. We can quote the jar on its own, or the complete kit - jar, lid, cover, thermometer, label and carton - assembled and packed in one shipment.
- Can the lid and cover carry our logo?
- Yes. We print or deboss logos on lids and jars, and print or embroider cloth covers. Artwork is proofed on a physical sample before mass production.
- Which materials are available for the jar?
- Soda-lime glass and BPA-free plastic are standard. Food-contact parts are produced to FDA and LFGB requirements, with test reports available on request.
- What is the minimum order?
- It depends on the configuration - glass, tooling and packaging all move the number. Send us your target quantity and the exact kit contents and we will quote against it.
